Today we had so much fun on the Thomas Trail! We searched for lots of wildflower petals and then boiled them over the campfire to make our very own wildflower playdough.
We really enjoyed using the playdough to create mini-beasts, our favourite animals, and different foods. We also toasted marshmallows and had great fun singing our favourite songs together.
Throughout the session, we learned all about how to stay safe around hot saucepans and campfires. At the end of the day, we talked about fire safety and barbecue safety, helping us understand how to keep ourselves and others safe.
We had such a lovely time together and enjoyed every moment of our campfire adventure!
