Today, our Eco Council came together for their final big event of the year: a Spring Clean litter pick around our school grounds. The councillors worked brilliantly as a team, gathering litter that had blown in from outside the school—an important reminder of why it’s so essential to put rubbish in the bin and care for our environment.
After collecting the litter, the Eco Council visited each class to share what they had found and raise awareness about how everyone can help keep our school clean. They also reminded pupils of the many eco?friendly initiatives they have led since September, including promoting our Eco?Code, organising Ditch the Dark Day and Cash for Clobber, taking part in the RSPB Big Bird Hunt, and supporting our Spring Clean activities.
