We have been working hard all Spring in the polytunnel. We planted beetroot, lettuce, cabbage, spring onions, mixed salad, tomatoes and rhubarb. We water them every day and use plant food once a week. Today we were able to pick some of the lettuce and spring onions and try them out at lunch time. It was yummy! We can’t wait to taste the rest of our produce!
