Primary 2/3 recently enjoyed a wonderful Shared Education trip where they had the chance to meet and learn alongside children from another school. We began by talking about what Shared Education means and how we can show kindness, respect, and friendship to everyone.
Together, we:
- Played outdoors and built new friendships through shared games and activities
- Talked about what it means to be a good friend and how we should treat one another
- Created lovely Good Relations Week cards to share with our new friends
- Explored the sights, sounds and smells of autumn, using colouring and drawing to express what we noticed in nature
It was a great day full of learning, laughter and connection. We’re proud of how our pupils represented our school and embraced the spirit of Shared Education.
