This week we have been exploring winter through the story The Gruffalo’s Child. We had so much fun in Forest School making Gruffalo recipes out of mud. We used clay and natural materials to create Gruffalo Wood creatures, using our imaginations to describe what they were like.
In our play, we have been exploring how shadows work and even made our own shadow puppet show. We also made Gruffalo masks and enjoyed acting out parts of the story.
