21.05.25 - Cloud Spotting
During our water topic we have learned so much about the water cycle and how important it is. This week we have focused on the different type of clouds we have in our sky. There is cumulus, cirrus, stratus and nimbus! So today we had to study the sky and recreate the clouds we could see! Luckily this Wednesday was quite cloudy so we were able to get quite a few clouds in the sky!
28.05.25 - Solar Water Still
We have been learning all about transpiration and how important it is to the plants and living things on our earth! Today we were tasked by Mrs Noble to build our own Solar Water Still. The boys and girls went armed with a spade, some polythene and bricks at the Thomas Trail and made their own! After a few days we went back to check on them and we were pleased to see that we had indeed collected water in the stills! Well done P4 and 5!
